Will it cost me or my girlfriend if we text while she is on a cruise..?

will it cost anything more if my girlfriend and i text each other while she is on a cruise in mexico and i'm back in california..her number and mine are the same area codes..

YES! Please don't do it. It will turn into international charges if the texts/phone work at all. Trust me it is not worth it. I ended up with a $3,000+ bill JUST IN TEXTS alone while in Germany.

I dont think texting will work when shes on the water. Same as cell service I think, Theres no signal.
