Not enough information.  If you have lots of other credit sources which you are not using, and provided this isn't one of your oldest, you could be okay.

If dropping this means you are now using a much higher percentage of your credit, it could drop it.  If this is a 10 yr old account and all your others are quite recent, that could also hurt.

Nevertheless, dropping a fee paying account is always better in the long run. especially if you replace it with a similar sized no fee account.
