Will it ever snow at Christmas again? When i was a kid it snowed all the time in November/December!!?

Well the UK has warm weather for its latitude. This is because it is warmed by the gulf stream, a current of warm water coming from the Gulf of Mexico.

Some global warming models predit that warming will disrupt this current and sunny English will freeze.

So yeah, maybe.

You didn't say how old you were. Perhaps if you are old enough you may have been experiencing the global cooling associated with old heavy industry and sulpher pollutants. The world was cooling up until the mid 1950s as a result.

Also weather is not that set, and it could easily snow during winter some times and not others.

Hello,

Actually the weather has been changing all over the globe because of global warming.  It hasn't snowed in New England in the USA, for a few years, just here & there.

But yes you should get snow, when is the question?  The weather is changing so fast, you never know when and if you will have snow.

I love snow too, don't worry it will come soon enough...

I remember it always used to snow at Christmas too, would be nice to see it again. Never used to rain so much during summer either.
