by 'no s*x' the doctors are only restricting you to no intercourse. as long as you are not inserting anything into your v****a or a**s, then you can do anything else you want. have fun!

If you are just going to mess around with no penetration - you are fine.  Just stop any type of activity if you feel uncomfortable or feel pain.

No, that won't hurt. By "no s*x" they mean no penetration. So as long as nothing is going inside you then you're fine to "get excited".

I would say just try out a few things, and if whatever you are doing starts to hurt, stop that, and try something else. Good luck!
