During this past winter, I took a hard fall on a sheet of ice. In this fall, I hit my head hard impacting the sheet of ice and hitting pavement resulting in a slight concussion and a large bald spot where the hair was pulled from my head. Over the last couple of months, the hair was slow in growing back and the bump is not so tender. Just recently, I was having my hair trimmed to find out that the hair coming back in on that bald spot is rather curly. Just looking for ideas, if I were to shave my head would it come back curly or am I just blessed to have it come in on that spot alone. I have had straighter than straight hair and would love a head full of curly hair. Looking for any kind of ideas out there.

  1. i honestly don't think you should take the risk..

  2. i would recomend not shaving your head!

if you are longing that much for curly hair i would recomend a curling iron or spiral curling iron to look a bit more natural.

  3. LOL

It's going to straighten when it grows out.

    Don't shave ur head.

  4. I'm so sorry that happened to you! But it is good to hear you are doing better.

The hair changes about every 7 years, and the weight of your hair could be what makes it so straight, so since the spot you have is curly it could be that you can get more curls with a shorter cut because you have less weight on your hair which helps the curls/waves. :)
