Question:

Will it really give me whiter teeth!?

I heard that petrolium jelly or Vaseline will make your teeth whiter, if you rub it on. Is this true?

Also, are there any other household items (OTHER than Whitestrips , toothpatse, etc) that will whiten my teeth?

  1. brush your teeth with baking soda that will whiten them, but it taste nasty

  2. First of all, vaseline will not make your teeth whiter, however some people rub vaseline on their teeth before an event under the belief that they will appear shinier.

As for whitening teeth without using whitening products, your best bet is just to maintain a proper diet. Avoid eating sweets and sugars and don't smoke as it is the main cause of teeth staining. If you want to clean teeth naturally then it is a good idea to eat lot of apples and drink plenty of water. Water is a natural cleaner of teeth. You should rinse your mouth after every meal.

    Hope I helped :)

  3. Whitestrips work amazingly.. also I heard Tyra Banks talk about how strawberries work too haha I havent tried it but who knows

  4. no that won't work.

Whitestrips etc are your best bet.

  5. I wouldn't try it. Trust me.

Whitestrips and all that is made to be in your mouth. Vaseline and other household products.... not so much

  6. Using vaseline will give you a better stage smile only because it makes them shine. But for everyday its not recommended.

Baking soda is great to whiten your teeth. Just wet your tooth brush and dip it in the baking soda and brush.
