  1. not for me my music automatically turns of in 2 hours

  2. Provided the earphones are comfortable and non-intrusive and the volume is at a reasonable level (should be kept quite low for extended use) it shouldn't cause a problem.

So saying have you not thought about some speakers?

  3. yea it would ruin your ear if u put it too loud, but if is easy for u too sleep i think u should put the volume low and go to sleep with it

    hope i help

  4. You may have irritated them by rolling over onto the earphones or something, but I doubt you've ruined them. As long as you keep the volume pretty low it's perfectly safe to sleep with them in.

I've worn earplugs or earphones to bed constantly for years and I've had no problems.

  5. probably

  6. No, I do this all the time.

I've only read that it can ruin your sleep but it's an inconsistent study that's varied every single time. If your volume is low, then your ears should be totally fine.

  7. It should be okay as long as you aren't playing it really loud.  Keep the volume down to avoid damaging your ears.

  8. The sound (even if the volume is low) could cause some ear damage if it is constantly pulsing through your ears for hours. Purchasing an mp3 speaker might be a better idea.

  9. It depends on the volume if you listen to it on quiet it will be OK but sleeping with the headphones in can cause your ears to swell with the pressure even if the were switched off.

  10. no way i do it all he time and there is nothing wrong with mine if you have something relaxing i might be nice

or you could listen to a tape for another language (a relaxed brain is the easiest to train.) or music you like to listen to and DON'T HAVE IT TO LOUD

  11. I doubt it has ruined your ears yet but long exposure to loud music is never good.

  12. yea u prolly damaged something in your ears but no worries, i do the same thing everyday and im fine. maybe jus lower the volume? idk lol

  13. nope as long as it isn't loud
