i found out that you cannot put 2 syrians together, but will it stress the hamsters out if you move a cage. example: take one hammie to a friends house for a couple hours. the hamsters wouldn't be together, but maybe in seperate run-about balls

  1. that should be fine, but make sure the hamster always has a stable place to call her own

  2. it shouldent stress the hamster out to much!!as long as you make sure that the to hamsters dont get to close to each other!

  3. Well, it shouldnt bother them too much unless it is switched from place to place all the time.

    It should be fine:)

  4. no it will not ive tried it

  5. no. as long as its in the same cage its always been in, it shouldnt stress out. hamsters are tough and i dont really think they notice a change of surroundings, like a cat or dog would.

  6. It won't really stress them. They will only get stressed about this if people keep bothering them when they're sleeping or if you take them on to many car rides. I took my dwarf hamster to a friends house and it seemed just fine with it. I didn't put them in the same cage either. Seperate run-about balls are okay. They won't really pay attention to each other.

  7. maybe you should leave it home cause hamsters do not like a lot of people around the cage.
