Will it work in Australia

Hi there,
Would you be so kind as to answer my query
I'm immigrating from South Africa to Australia in a couple of months and have been told not to bother bringing my TV with as the sound cards are different in Australia, Is this so?
The TV is less than 12 months old
Could you tell me if Model: CS21K40M will work? and if not what can be done to make it?
