After his last fight, not a chance in h**l. He got hit way too much. His defence was absolutely shocking against a fairly average opponent!

Pavlik would totally rip him to shreeds!!!!! Taylor would also.

I really like john duddy but i will have to say he will never be a champ, the way he fought on the 23rd he got destroyed and got a decision if Walid Schimet can rock Duddy and have him cut imagine what guys in the top 10 could do and thank god he didnt fight pavlik, he wouldve got KO'd brutally and wouldve ruined his career early he just has to have more head movement and keep his hands up, if he dosent change no way is he becoming champ, no way.

I personally don't see him beating any of the top fighters in the middleweight division, especially the champ- Kelly Pavlik.  He has too many defensive flaws (in his case he has no defense), his power is overrated, and his boxing ability is sub-class.  I will give him credit for his tremendous heart, but thats really all he's got going for him.
