Will lasik surgery correct left eye dominance. Being A right handed Shooter and being left eye.?

Being a right handed competition handgun and riflle shooter I noticed many older shooters as well as younger shooters having a hard time of it, Forget about trying to shoot left handed many of use are set in our ways.

No correction will change which eye your brain listens to for distance. My daughter is right handed and left eye dominant. She just shoots that way and does not fight it. She figures if she really needs to be shooting at something serious...like an intruder, she is not going to care about which eye is dominant, she is going to shoot at the person with her right hand and her left eye will take over. Do not kick against the pricks. Go with the flow. Do what comes naturally. Shoot right handed and left eyed.

Lasik surgery will not do anything for this.  Hand or eye dominance is determined by your brain.
