You have got the wrong end of something. Lemons are not germs. There are no germs like lemons.

Citric acid is what kills the germs so you can use:

Grapefruit, lemon, lime  & Orange :) lemon probably has more citric acid then an orange.

it has the same citric acid as any citric fruit has.  Im not sure about the killing germs part (lemons too)but it can be used as a cleaner.

I don't believe that lemon or lime juice actually kills germs although they do clean pretty well.

Yes, it is the citric acid, lemons are used because of the aroma.
