Will loading music and listening to it on my phone cost extra!?

I just bought a Samsung Blackjack 2 (AT&T), and I want to put music on it and listen to it and listen to the radio, but I don't have any kind of internet plan, so will listening to music make it go on the internet??

Listening to the radio or downloading songs from websites will require internet access.

But,the Blackjack is a Windows Mobile device so you can load music from your own computer onto it through ActiveSync and play it on the Blackjack through Windows Media Player or a 3rd party app.
