Will losing weight shrink my butt and b*****s?

I used to be a very skinny girl.

Now I've acquired an appetite, and I've put on some quite a few pounds. I'm 13. I weight 96 pounds. I used to weight 90lbs.

As happy as I am that I've gained some weight and don't look diseased, that weight I gained has given my love handles. I look so wide! I'm NOT exaggerating. Even my friends are commenting.

Now here is the problem. If I exercise and start eating right I could lose those love handles which is a good thing. But ever since I gained weight, I actually have a butt!

So If I start exercising, will I lose my b*****s and butt?

Cause like...I kinda wanna keep those XD

  1. you probably gained them because you're getting older but either way if you loose weight then yes, your b*****s and butt will most likely shrink in size.


  2. "You gained them cause your getting older".  You don't look old in your pic............Don't loose the weight...F that. You are fine the way you are. If you need a change then it's either your personality or your outlook on life. Stop thinking about your self!!!!!!   You look fine.. You can send me pics to further evaluate. haha. Chill out

    I used to have a really nice butt and bigger b***s and since I started PE my butt has dissapeared and my b***s have gotten less fuller.

    try only doing ab exersizes and dont listen to what your friends say, 96 pounds is still really skinny!

      hi my name is melvin,  i think if you exercise you b*****s will stand out more and you butt will firm even better so don't be scared to look good because i,m  sure you do.

  8. it depends on which area of your body your targetting,

    if your talking about running and eating less or stuff like that= yes you will loose some.

    try situps for love handles and tummy,

    legs= anything that can get you to feel the burn in your legs.

    but plain dieting can make you loose somethings.

  9. It sounds like you should maintain your weight and not lose. If you lose weight you lose it everwhere. Those body parts are 1st because they are mainly fat. As you get older and taller you need to weigh more.

  10. you can do exercises that only work the parts you want to loose but yes its true if you loose the weight you will most likely loose the good that came with it. try things like sit ups or side to side sit ups. things that focus on the abdomen.  

  11. cardio can give you small b*****s but if you don't over do it and come obsessed i am sure you'll be able to keep ur s**y booty and chichis lol!! or do treadmill at a gym

  12. Yes you will lose them. You only got them due to gaining weight so if you lose weight then you will lose them too. You can try doing jacknife crunches just to try to lose some fat (your hardly in any way fat but I dont know what other word to use) in your midsection only. ♥
