  1. Depends on the laws in the area but probably not.  

    From memory, I couldn't get a work permit until I was 15-16 years old.  But that was in Michigan.  Your state will have different laws.

  4. most likely not;; unless your close with someone who owns it or has authority there but it;s not really legal. chick-fil-a hires 14 year olds and thats the youngest i've ever heard of legal employment

Considers the local labor laws.  The McD's district manager sets local hiring policies based on the local employment laws for minors.  Go to the McD's you are interested in and ask the manager.  Some limit it to 14, some 16 and some areas don't hire 'til 18 to avoid insuring minors on payroll.  Working there is a good experience.  Just don't get fired giving free food to your friends like one guy did I worked with.

  17. ~ you should be at least 15 1/5 with workers permit......if you are 13 and wanting to work,,,try some side jobs like cutting lawns or odd jobs for neighbors for extra spending money.....once you start " working " you will be working untilll retirement......I commend the teen that wants to earn an honest wage....but if you dont " have to "   please enjoy your teen years....at least untill your 16.......be a teen and enjoy your teen carefree years ....
