Will me getting a good tan make my very bad skin look better

I'm going on holiday and i'm thonking that if i get a tan that it will make my bad skin look better and if i do get a tan who long will it last and what can i do to make it last longer.

  1. umm it may and it depends on what u mean by bad skin. if u mean acney then maybe if u live by a river then swim in it or if u live by a spring that would work to. i live on the river and i swim almost everyday and ive never had a pimple in my life. but if u mean tan i cant help u cuz i tan REALLY easy, if i tay outside 4 like an hour ill b very tan =)


  2. No but careful cos some get darker in the sun - also if you've already got a tan when you go on holiday your not going to go red and your not going to stick out like a lame tourist desperate for a tan - i say do it!

  3. No, don't get a tan, that'll make your skin worse and you'll look desperate.

    Follow these five tips if you want good skin:

    1.  Change your pillowcase every night so you don't sleep on old bacteria.

    2.  Clip your hair off your face while you sleep.

    3.  Wash your face with warm water to open the pores, then apply your cleaner.

    4.  Rinse with warm water, and then follow that up with splashing cold water on your face to close your pores.

    5.  Keep your hands off your face to stop distributing bacteria, dirt, and oil.

If you are saying bad skin as in acne, getting some sun is helpful.  It helps with vitamin D production and gives you some color.  But over doing it would be back, go for a light color not tan.  Make sure to wear a moisturizer with sunscreen all the time to keep your skin healthy and protected.  Sun makes you feel good but sunscreen helps protect from UVA/UVB radiation that causes cancer.  

    Make sure you have a good routine of washing in the morning/night, using moisturizer, not touching your face during the day and changing your pillowcase regularly.  Healthy skin is the best way to fight acne.
