I was wondering, can being outdoors more often result in any positive changes of the body? As in...better sleep, more energy, better stamina, less stress, and...maybe even better skin(i know, the sun has a role with that, but I'm talking about air.)? They say when you're stressed or nervous getting fresh air is supposed to help relieve a person. Just how good IS the stuff?

  1. Technically yes, its healthier for you to get as much fresh air as possible.

Like it especially helps with breathing diseases such as asthma. Your asthma will get better and you have less of a chance of developping it if you live where there is more fresh air and you breath it in more than smoggy air.

It just helps you feel more revitalized, and your body's cells are more likely to recharge themselves and repair themselves when they are getting clean, fresh oxygen rather than intoxicated oxygen.

  2. I think it does. Just sitting on my porch makes me feel better when I'm sick. It relaxes me too.
