Will mother of missing Caylee Anthony be accused of her death?

Question

A (now) 3-year-old child, Caylee Anthony has been missing since mid June. Her mother, a 22-year-old partier didn't mention the disappearance to her parents until early July when they found her at her new boyfriends home and made her come home (she had moved out of her home to force a stronger bond with her daughter as opposed to her own mother's control). Mom Casey has been caught in a dozen+ lies. But did she really.... could she have actually... killed her daughter?

An explosive afternoon outside of the Anthony home Friday as George Anthony tossed aside the belongings of two spectators who were camped out on the tree law in front of the Anthony home.

George claimed the property was his and eventually threw an umbrella, chairs and other items. He even shoved one of the two men at one point and had be restrained by a neighbor.

The two men claimed that they were there to take photos of Casey and say they want to watch Casey get arrested.

Shortly after the incident, the Anthony family was served subpoenas Friday to notify them that they will have to testify in a trial that starts November 17th.

hmmm... she didn't notify the police for a month after her daughters disappearance, then she was partying the whole time her daughter was missing, not caring.  When the police ARE notified, they find out she didnt care and asked her y, and where caylee was last.

the b**** doesn't say a word, and doesnt care about finding her daughter quite obviously.

then casey is diagnosed by a shrink as being "psychopathic" and "noncaring" about the daughter; psychiatrist said that casey gave her the shivers at her lack of caring.

So YEAH, I hope they kill the b**** for what she did to that poor girl.

I heard she was arrested again!  GOOD!  She is NOT cooperating at all with the cops and questioning!  She refuses to give any answers!  And I'm sorry, but if my daughter went missing, I don' care what the situation was, I would have IMMEDIATELY called the cops!!  Not "conduct my own investigation".  As sad as it is to say, I think that she has killed her daughter.  Poor Caylee was such a beautiful little girl.  It breaks my heart just the thought of it.  I truly do hope that she comes home safetly.  And if so, is put in a REAL home far away from her mother, who I still have not seen show any kind of remorse for her missing daughter. They have given this woman every opportunity to help in the investigation to find her baby and she acts as if she has no interest in helping.  Even if she DID for some reason give her child away, at LEAST let somebody know she is safe and being well taken care of....

I live about 30min from Orlando, so we hear a lot on this story.

First ......I hope Calee is still alive.....But everything is pointing otherwise...

God I hope if they do find this child murdered...I pray they will prosecute her to the fullest....DEATH PENALTY!!!

I also hope that the state will consider charging a couple of other people in this case also with failing to report abuse and neglect of this child before she turned up missing....funny after she dissapeared everyone had a story about this one time they were at this party and.......Well you can fill in the blank....she pretty much took that child to most of her parties....Someone should have been this childs voice before she was "lost"       SHAME ON THEM!!!

Probably not because this is FL. and like Texas people can do incredibly stupid things and the state will condone such behavior!
