Will muscle mass be lost, along with strength, if i dun hit the gym at all for a long period of 2 weeks? im looking to build muscle mass

  1. yes, but in a very small amount and regaining will be very easy and fast, so don't worry

    and if you go on a vacation it's always easy to take 10-15 minutes for exercises that do not require special gym equipment... try with push-ups for example...


  2. i dont think you will but resume all excercise after the 2 week break

  3. Maybe it will start. At most you should really only take a 1 week break every 3-4 months or so.

    I find that if you work it hard for awhile and then you take a 1 week break. You actually see results lol... as strange as it is >_>
