Will my Army JROTC rank Transfer to Air Force JROTC

i am a cadet at an Army JROTC School, and im moving to a school that has Air Force JROTC.

Will my Rank be transferable?

Will they give me an equivalent?

Need Help Fast.

  1. It is not automatic.  They also want to be sure you aren't going to switch right back if you don't like the new ROTC. /


  2. Probably,  but do not be surprised if you are not given a squad or platoon like at your last school.   They will have to see how you do first.

  4. If you were a high rank in Army ROTC and you were to transfer to the Air Force they will transfer your rank.  It's just like the real military if you were a CO in ROTC you of course would be upgraded to a lieutenant once you join the military.

  5. As long as you have proof of your rank. So i assume you have your promotion papers. also get your instructors number so they can verify it.

    If its from Army to Air Force JROTC. You probably wouldnt be the same rank. Because you would have to start all over learning the Air Force knowledge and everything else.
