Will my LG's 42" LCD HDTV work in UK?

I bought this TV in US, will it work in UK??

1600:1 Contrast Ratio

• 60,000 Hours to Half Brightness

• ATSC/NTSC/QAM Clear Tuners

• Super IPS Technology

• HDMI with HDCP

• 1366 x 768p Resolution

  1. There's not real reason why it shouldn't work, (apart from plug variants). The only problems you may have is compatibility with things you might be connecting to your TV, such as a sky box or video/dvd player/recorder, etc. However considering that its LG, a company that is a large retailer in both the US and the UK, and that its possible to but basically the same TV in the UK, i would strongly expect it to work.

    In europe they use DVB PAL.

    Thats it right there...

    Unless you are planning to hook it up to a sky box and an inverter.....then no it will not work....
