  1. Yes, the change only effects those TV's not hooked up to Cable or Satellite.

  2. Won't be a problem.

The only change that may be necessary will be an upgraded cable box if you are using an older version. Call customer service @ TimeWarner. The change will affect people who receive stations from rabbit ears or an outdoor antenna, or cable customers who do not have a cable box or a separate digital tuner input built into their tv set.

  3. If your TV has channels such as 11-1, 16-1, 19-1 you are okay, digital channels are all -1s. You need to call Time Warner & see if they are going 100% digital. They may help set you up. You can also go with a DVD recorder with a digital/analog tuner allows for tuning of analog or digital channels from over the air, or cable to pick up stations. DVD records are very easy to use & have a great picture. Make sure it comes with a HDMI plug to connect to your TV, if your TV has a HDMI plug. You will need to buy the HDMI cord for best picture.

  4. Yes Time Warner does it for you.

  5. You'll be fine with Time Warner...they take care of it..
