  1. yes

  2. yup, as long as it is valid in texas you are fine (as long as it is legit...)  you can drive anywhere.

  3. Yes, if you are only visiting.  However if you are moving there it is only valid for 10 days.  Then you need to update your address.  Which in turn updates your permit to Oklahoma.

  4. Yes but if you are going to live there you will properly need to which to that state.

  5. Your permit if under the age 18 must hold an instruction for a minimum of six months prior to issuance of a provisional Class A, B, or C driver license. In addition, the minimum age of the person who must accompany any instruction permit holder during the operation of the vehicle is 21 years of age and you may not travel out of state without the above................

All original licenses, other than an instruction permit, issued to persons under 18 years of age will be marked "Provisional." The license will be vertical and will be dated to expire on the applicant's 18th birthday or next birthday occurring after the date of issuance and with this one you can travel out of town.......................

  6. yes only if you are driving with someone with a valid drivers license over the age of 21
