Question:

Will my baby always kick low?

I am 23 weeks and while I have felt a few kicks up above my naval most of his kicks are really low - sometimes on my cervix.

Did your baby tend to kick there and not move, or will he be all over the place as I get further along?

He was head down on the ultrasound at 19 weeks (I first felt his kicks high) but I suspect he has flipped. Thanks!

  1. im 23 weeks now nearly 24 and he only sits low and he only kicks low and latley hes sitting even lower then normal like righr at the bottom of my stomach and it feels so uncomfortable and makes me feel like i need to pee all the time even when i dont and it makes me feel kinda sick

i hope he moves up soon lol

  2. im 34 weeks, and yeah those low kicks are anoying =/

he should kick higher as u get farther along im pretty sure, but i always get kicks all over =p sometimes il be kicked on both sides of my belly at once and im like WHOA lol.

  3. im 35 weeks pregnant now and ive never had a kick up in my ribs -every baby movement i feel is low and sometimes V low but my midwife said thats normal for some people and i am carrying my baby low... =) apparantly mines head down aswell and has been for weeks -  so she msut be punching me with her arms above her head or something all the time haha

    good luck with your pregnancy

  4. Mine used to just kick low and now she kicks and pushes all over the place.

  5. Right now, the baby's got lots of room.  He's going to swirl, kick, punch and push all over the place.

Sometimes it feels like my daughter is almost in my back with her kicks now that I am nearing the end.

You will also start to feel some really strange sensations such a big, big movements which are the baby changing position.  This gets very funny feeling close to 30 weeks.
