hello everyone,

I'm going to travell to milan next week to have a trainning course in ENI branch at San Donato, I'm very happy to visit this country it will be my first time.

But after I plan for an around trip to visit fantastic shops and outlets which I read about it a lot, somebody told me that it will be dagerous to have such tour because of my beard.

note that I like my beard and i will not change my mind for anyone fears.

they told me that it would be better that I stay in the hotel most of the time and not walks around a lot, don't stop at one shop for long time, Italians will suspect in your face.

Any Advice?

Thanks

  1. nah you'll be fine. wear it with pride my friend

  2. Are you serious? How long is your beard? If you look very different from other people you will naturally get stared at. The Italian society is a conformist one. If you want to look radically different, you have to do it in good taste.

Anyway, you shouldn't be bothered about what strangers think of your looks.

  3. Hi,

I couln't think that anyone will take notice of your beard.

As Milan hosts an urban life people there are used to

many kinds of people - with or without beard etc...

Have a nice trip there and I'm sure you'll have a nice time there!

  4. Sounds like crapola. San Donato Milanese is in a very urban area.... Geeezzz, what does your beard look like? It can't be any different than that sported by men in Italy. In any case - beards are not discriminated against in Italy.

  5. hi! i'm Italian! But are you joking? who say this to you? i'm sure that you haven't any problem in italy for your beard!!! i live in italy and a lot of people have long beard! have a nice trip nice shopping! italy is a nice country with nice people and a civil country!!!!!!!!
