Will my bump turn into a bruise?

i fell off my bed just now and my eye is all swollen and i cannot open it right. will it bruise overnight or in a few hours? and how can i stop it if it will? please somebody, i cannot have a black eye!

well im sorry to say but your going to have a black eye regardless. i mean the best thing to do is keep icing it also take ibuprophen. it will help a whole lot with the swelling also with some pain.

Put ice on it.  sometimes bumps bruise sometimes they don't.  I would think up a better story than falling off a bed.  Maybe something like bucked off a horse?
