  1. Why would you even be driving?

You have a suspended license. There's no logical purpose in you operating a vehicle, regardless of your insurance status.

Obey the law, stay away from the driver seat.

  2. In most states, your insurance will cover you even if your license is suspended. As a claim adjuster I have paid tons of claims to and for people who had suspended licenses at the time of their accident.

However, if you get stopped for driving with a suspended license your company can cancel your policy if they find out about it.

Do yourself a huge favor and don't drive until you get the license back.

  3. No. If your license is suspended you shouldn't be driving. Period.

  4. Definatly NOT.

  5. I believe as long as you pay your insurance you will have coverage, but If you are in an accident you will get a hefty fine for driving without a license.

  6. No, if you don't have a valid Drivers license your insurance is null and void. You shouldn't need insurance anyways because you shouldn't be driving with a suspended license, get caught for that and you'll face a nice fine + longer drivers license suspension.

  7. No your not covered. If you hit some one you are on your own.
