  1. It varies from company to company as they all have different underwriting guidelines.

You will get what is known as a TS10 endorsement on your licence, which carries 3 points and a fine. The points stay on your licence for four years from the date of conviction.

For your insurance to remain valid, you must disclose the details of the offence to your insurer. There is no set amount that your insurance will go up by, and it may not even go up at all depending on the insurer, but if it is your first and only offence, the company I work for would increase your premium by 5%

I hope that gives you an idea, but your insurer will be able to give you more accurate information, based on their own rules, when you notify them.

  2. that depends on your driving record, your insurance company, how long you have been insured, etc. if you have not had any tickets in the last two years( at least here in arizona ) you can take defensive driving school and the ticket wont show up on your driving record upon completion of the course.

  3. learn to understand some principle conception before accept any suggestion is a great idea. Here is great place to start.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  4. Yes, unless you dispute the ticket and win. For advice on what to look for on a ticket, and how to dispute it in court, see the blog spot below.
