Will my cousin's ex-girlfriend be able to sponser me for me to live with her in Canada?

I'm 16 and currently having problems at home. I have other family members in Canada, Toronto, Ontario, however will it be possible for her to sponsor me? although she's not related?

No not at all. Only a mon or dad or an adopted family can do such thing. A sibling can do it, but it will probally be approve in 4 years or more.

No, she can not sponsor you.  Even a relative can not sponsor you at age 16 unless you are an orphan.  You could go there as a tourist but you would not be allowed to go to school or work.

No, sorry.  Only a close relative like a parent or sibling would be able to sponsor you and the fact that you are a minor would probably prohibit you from emigrating even if she could.
