Will my cousins baby have dual citizenship and how does she move back with her.?

my cousin is a british citizen with an american greencard she is pregnant with her boyfriends baby who is american. she has come to england to have baby so she can have dual citizenship... what needs to be done so her baby can move back to the states with her???

After she has the baby she will have to register her boyfriend as the father, then take the birth certificate to the U.S. Embassy in UK and apply for a passport. If there is any question by the Embassy of the Father of the child blood tests may be required.
