Will my credit, and use of marijuana prevent me from becoming a CHP?

I have used marijuana before , not much. and I dont have good credit at all. will this prevent me from becoming a CHP

  2. depends on how much and how many time you have smoked after the age of 21.  the generic rule of thumb is no more the 5 times after the age of 21.

    the credit can be tricky, if it's from a repo 5 years ago or something and you're building it back up, you should be ok.

    if your house was foreclosed on last week, that would look negative and maybe counted againist you.

  3. Minor marijuana use might not disqualify you.

    Bad credit will.

    Good credit proves responsibility, maturity and the ability to take care of your obligations.

    Bad credit can indicate the opposite.
