Will my criminal record check show pending?

I am just wondering if I have pending crimincal charges that are infront of the courts right now if they will show up on my criminal record search. I am in Canada and am 18...the charges showed up when I was 15.

  1. They destroy your Juvenile records at age 18 in the USA  i do not know if thats the same in Canada.  Those charges might show up on your record, it depends on the courts desicion.


  2. no only if you have a warrant for those pending cases. Trust me thats a fact.

  3. They DO NOT destroy your records at any point in the U.S. Your juvenile records stay with you up until the age of 22 in some states. If your 18 and worried about the charges at 15 it all depends on your charges? If you had kidnapping, burglary, etc than yes they can get those records. If it was some miscellaneous misdemeanor than NO.

  4. Shinko is wrong...in the US they DO NOT destroy your juvenile records when you turn 18...the ONLY way to have the records destroyed is if you hire a lawyer and have your records expunged.  I would call the local police department or municipality to see if someone can answer that question.
