am receiving food stamps?

I am a unemployed single mother. Right now I only receive child support. I'm sure I would qualify for food stamps. Will she be able to receive more in scholarships and financial aid if I apply for them.

  1. On the FASFA they ask if your parents recieve food stamps or any other kind of aid, but I don't know if this greatly affects the EFC outcome, it probably does.

  2. I don't think she would get anymore than she is already getting, but why don't you try to get the food stamps, and then call her University Intake Specialist, and let them know that some things have been changed, and ask them if any of this matters.
