Will my daughter hate me if I do this?

My daughter has finally moved out of the house for college, and I am doing a major clean up. She has like 30 different bottles of shampoos that I would like to toss out. Garbage day is tomorrow, so I need your opinions fast. I don't like clutter, and she usually only uses 1 kind. So, throw them all out or keep them?

call her up & ask her if she minds if you throw them out, or see when she can go through them. If she left them there then they may just be trash but ya never know. I know its your house & all but after i moved out & i had some stuff left there my mom would call me & say "honey" do you need this or can i get rid of it? just that my mom respected me enough to ask about my junk bf she threw them out was kinda nice.

I would keep some of them,

If shes like me, she has different smells, so sometimes i use one and sometines so keep 3 or 4

She's out of the house, and she didnt take it, so you can do what you want. Really if i had 30 different kinds and my mother threw most away. i really wouldnt mind.

If you can't donate them like someone else suggested, throw them away.  She left them at your house, so she has given them up.  They are yours now and you can do with them whatever you wish.

She may get mad but throw them out. She doesn't use them anymore. She is out of your house. Thats easily replaceable and if mom did that to me I would apperciate it if she offered to by me shampoo in the future, but this way it doesn't clutter your house it clutters her house

She has moved out, it is only shampoo, throw it out.  If she had wanted it she would have taken it with her.

Toss it.. she probably bought all of them because some friend told her how great they were, and they weren't.....

or do what i would do, use them until they were gone...it's just soap, and i'm cheap....

go ahead and throw them out. if she hates u because u threw out her shampoo thats just horrible.  but i believe its ok. and anyways she left them behind so obviously they werent that important to her.

Pitch them. She probably just never bothered to throw them away. It would be unreasonable of her to expect you to hang on to them. To soften the blow, buy her a new bottle of her usual shampoo and put it there for her when she returns.

Before you throw them out, call a homeless shelter and ask them if they would like to have them. Battered woman sometimes leave with only the clothes on their backs.
