Will my dog's nose heal and become black again?

Question

My dog found a raccoon that has been stealing our cat food and beating up our cats. She took it out in the yard and scrapped with it some. Her nose has three claw scratch scars on it. She is dark brindle colored with a black mask, black nose. She is current on her rabies and we have since kept her leashed when we leave or come home so this can't happen again. I am interested in finding out if her nose will ever return to totally black because it has been 4 weeks and the scars are still pink. Any people with experience on this subject? Thanks in advance :)

scars might stay for a while, but it will be black soon enough
