Will my duck mate with my other duck?

my pekin (male) has a leg problem. will it still mate with my blue swedish duck (female)

yes they wil breed.

But if your male pekin has a problem get it fixed/treated , you wouldn't let your kids go around with leg problems

and it would be better to breed them properly eg pekins with pekins.

Almost certainly provided they have water deep enough to swim in.

It depends on if they get along, if not chances are they won't. Usually signs of when they like each other is  if they eat/drink out of the same bowls, swim together, sleep together, etc...if they behave like that chances are a couple weeks later you might find a nest or eggs laying around.
