Will my ear lobe grow back if i get my ears gauged up to a Zero?

They should as long as you take your time stretching them. If you stretch too quickly or jump sizes you can rip your ear and create scar tissue, which will prevent your ears from closing back down all the way. Anything up to a 00g will go back down to a regular 18g post as long as you do not have too much scar tissue.

Most likely.

My brother had 00g for about two years and he took them out, they went down to 10g in a month.

But it really depends on your body. Some heal better than others.
