Will my ex-fiance be able to stay in the UK?

My fiance came to england on a fiance visa in July. We have now split up, as we had some rows, and I found that she is still in a relationship with another man from Brazil, and probably pregnant by him, but it is possible that the baby could be mine. We are not going to marry, but she has said that she is going to stay here; is this possible?

  1. If she in country illegally report her.

  2. No, she needs to go back.

Why should she stay, she is not longer a fiance, you have no intention to marry and she is carrying another man's child.

  3. Nah,

    Hope you kept the receipt!

But you had better tell the Home Office or you'll be in serious ****.

  4. She is not looking for Love . She is looking to find a relationship to get her a British Passport.

  5. SHE SHOULD BE flung OUT OF THIS COUNRTY THE SCROUNGING *****

  6. no , unless you marry her

  7. The permission is valid for six months, and she should get married during this period. If she doesn´t,then she can´t stay anymore.Have a look at this information:http://www.permits2work.co.uk/immigratio...

  8. look only room for so many of us free loaders you know!

  9. Definitely not. On a fiance visa, you have a limited time to get married and if you are not married by that expiry date then she has to leave. If you do get married, then you have to be together for two years before she can get residency on her own if you later divorce.

The baby if it proved to be yours could inherit the nationality of either parent after birth whichever you choose, but she still has to leave.

  10. No. unless you are still together, her spouse visa runs out after two years. She will not be able to apply for indefinite leave to remain.

  11. NO! Not possible.Once her visa expires, she has to go.Be nice to her, find out if the baby is yours. If it is be nice until she must go then take the child and see a lawyer. If not yours, say F**k off.

  12. Nope she'l be shipped out...her visa is now in valid because you have split up! xx

  13. No, if you do not marry within 6 months out she goes. You will have to inform the home office or you will be in the sh1te.

  14. No, sounds like you were handy for a visa / passport.
