Will my eye sight worsen even if I use an lcd screen labtop?

Is it true that an lcd screen can also worsen ur vision?

Any kind of monitor worsens your vision.

Any type of computer monitor can cause eyestrain but that is the worst of it.  If you are using a computer for several hours at a time, then be sure that you change your focus to a distant object and return your focus to near object and repeat the process several times about every 20-30 minutes.

I also find that rapid blinking about 50 to 100 times also helps.

it sounds as if your having some vision problem- it is better to maintain safe distance of 33 cms from screen,lessen the bright ness- on and off take small break to see distance object-- keep the working place illuminated not exposing to natural light striait on        your face---- correct your refractive error--have Good sleep with out light on the face-- and so 0n --   even if it is LCD type of moniter or TV they keep emitting infra red rays and uv rays in an unprotected distance----  will get   you good relief fast
