Will my f150 beat a mustang gt?

hey i am trying to know if my f150 2003 5.4 2x4 supercrew will beat a mustang gt my truck has a max hypertech,k&n air intake,borla headers,borla exhaust,trhottle body spacer,trottle body 75mm,msd ignition coils,stage 2 comp cams,ford racing timing chain,mac pulleys,and ford racing 42 lb injectors.if it does what other cars will i beat...if i don't beat a 2005 corvette will he leave me behind by alot

well... here are the problems i see....

new mustang gt is gonna be a 5 speed manual.

your 5.4 f150 is automatic... a 4 speed O/D automatic at that!

new mustang weight is 3400+ (3400 car+driver+fuel+subwoofers... it can add up)

the 5.4 f150 is 5000 lbs to start, add more for a ext cab, even more for a crew cab, add more for longer bed, add more for 4x4... thats a heavy *** race car thats for sure.

... as much as i love watching trucks spank cars in drags, i dont think that one will... at least not the new body style mustang.

You'll should beat a stock mustang gt no problem the corvette shouldnt beat you by much if at all

You'll need a turbo charger and 40 lbs of boost to get that 2 and 1/2 ton lump moving..

I had a 94 silverado extended cab with a 5 speed manual. The motor was built top to bottom with all kinds of goodies, but because it was still so heavy and had the aerodynamic efficiency of a brick, it still wasn't very fast. The best I could get out of was mid to high 14s. You won't be able to take a mustang gt and forget about the corvette.

There's a slim chance that you'll beat a new Mustang GT.  Your truck is definitely putting out significantly more hp/torque than a new Mustang GT, but you have to consider the drastic weight difference.  

The supercharged 5.4 Lightning pickups made gobs of power from the factory, but only ran about a 14.5 sec 1/4 mile.  I think a new Mustang GT will run low 14s-mid 13s with a really good driver.
