  1. i went on a group holiday once and we were all only 17 and we needed a parental letter of consent to let us go as we were under the age of 18! you should definetly check with the individual companies before you book!

  2. Although being under 18 makes you both 'minors' in the eyes of the law, I cannot think of a single reason why you should not be able to travel together to Spain.

  3. The travel agent who you buy the ticket from should be able to tell you exactly where you stand on this.

  4. if its just the 2 of u going, you will need an over 18 with you. Paying for an adult ticket wont really affect it! Also, it depends on where u will be staying. Check the airlines policy, and your destination/resort (if that is where you will be going).

  5. Depends on the individual airline's policy.

  6. i travel a lot and many airlines wont let anyone book under 18-without an adult or stay in a hotel without an older person, different travel agents have different rules

  7. well she can go abroad at 16 anyway but like u said its with permission, if u sign permission as a guardian then it should be fine. Have fun lewis!

  8. Yep.

No worries at all. However they will take your Dates of Birth at the time of booking and she may need written permission from her parents.

Ring the airline. I'm sure she is going to be fine to fly with you, but just check. Ask BA as a general guide. They know everything.

  9. It depends on each airline's policy. If over 16s have to buy an adult ticket then I guess they should be treated as adults, ie. they don't need parental permission or a guardian to fly. Check with the airline.

  10. if your 14 or over you can travel alone on easyjet no problems... my daughter came to visit me in italy from the uk when she was 14.. you do not need a consent form
