My girlfriend went for a vacation abroad and she's using her home mobile network. Will she be charged a roaming fee if I call her from Skype to another country?

  1. She may be charged a fee.  It just depends on her service provider package details.

    As far as Skype, it doesn't matter if she receives a call from Skype or any other phone, the cost to her will depend on her service provider and the plan she is subscribed to.
