they specified? The USCIS wanted more documents for our case. They needed to recieve it early this month or they said the case may be denied. I haven't received notice of a denial, but they said it would take up to two months for a notice to be recieved, so I should wait that long b4 calling them. I was talking to someone today, and they said that even though docs haven't been received, the visa application could still get to the beneficiary. I thought all docs have to be received and everything has to be in their hands and approved before they would send out a visa application. Even if they do, would they approve an application w/o an affidavit of support? I heard they might just assume support would be coming and grant passage to the US. honest answers. any help would be appreciataed, thanks.

  1. You have to jump through every hoop the USCIS puts in front of you.

In other words do not miss any deadlines or you will be denied for not submitting the additional information.

  2. If you missed their deadline, it will probably be denied.  Especially if what is missing is an affidavit of support and all the verifications supporting it, there will be no way this will go through.  They can never "assume" support will be coming!

  3. have your immigration lawyer speed it up ))
