  1. I wouldn't eat there

  2. no because not enough people that eat pork eat sushi and also not enough people that eat sushi eat pork

  3.     It may be successful. Here in Florida sushi is often made with "road-kill armadillo" and "Geisha 'Gator." There are some restaurants that serve "Missing Tourist Tortillas", but that's Mexican. Some of our better Jewish restaurants serve "Sushi Brisket" although it's really "Sushi Pork" because they don't want to admit they like pork. And in all of these the meat is raw. The logic being "if you'll eat raw fish, you'll eat anything"!

  4. Sounds gross, but I'm sure people will be into it...

I just don't eat that much pork, sorry.

  5. i don't eat pork, or sushi..... so no. that's like giving them a pig and a raw fish. see like chili's is american. benihana is japanese. pf chang's is chinese. you have to set the tone for your restaurant. so pig and sushi don't mix.sorry

  6. no , sushi is traditionally prepared with fish, now if you also serve dumplings, that can include the pork

  7. Yeah trichinosis is the new black.

Why can't we thumb down questions?

  8. Sure.

And I'll set up a little clinic next door to treat the patrons tapeworms and bloody diarrhea.......I'll be rich!

  9. No - unless your sushi is containing cooked pork; but why would you do this?  Why not go with more variety and something everyone likes and won't get sick from eating raw?!

    Good Luck!

  10. Although there hasn't been a case of tricochina in since around 1934 I don't think there is too much of a call for raw meat of any kind.
