my cat was drinkinging from the toilet, and there was pee in there, and I want to know if he will get sick

This can result from drop-in cleaning tablets in the tank, residue from a toilet bowl cleaner, or simply from bacteria. If your pet drinks chemically treated water, give him a small amount of milk mixed with water to dilute it and lessen the chance of stomach upset.

No, it won't hurt him unless there were cleaning chemicals in there.  He probably likes fresh water so try running your bathroom tap on a trickle for him.

He'll be perfectly fine. I would recommend flushing in the future however, merely to avoid the gross factor...

nope, my cat did that when my little brother didnt flush, and hes ok.
