As you know, Beach sand is very bumpy.

I want to sprint and jog and train on them.

will there be any bad effects?

It would be great if you can provide me with the credible source!

  1. it depends where on the beach you're running.

the sand closest the water impacts your knees a lot more than running on the soft sand because your feet sink into it rather than just hit compacted sand..

hope this helps and check out the link

  2. I think you will be just fine.  Just watch where you are going...nothing to it.

  3. It could if you have knee problems my suggestion is to See doctor to check if your knees are stable to handle the uneven surface.
