Here are the details:

Windows Vista™ Home Premium

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs)

2038MB RAM

236 GB

Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

I'm able to play the Spore Creature Creator on medium to high settings just fine but I'm scared that I won't be able to play the full game since there will be alot more stuff going on screen.

  1. processor is not up to speed. and it really comes down to the video cards you need something with 512+ ram, your also really limited with a laptop

  2. Probably, but it depends on your video card, which needs to be a 128MB with Pixel Shader 2.0. I don't know if that Intel will do. Integrated graphics suck with newer games.

  3. You have a very low-end graphics card. You will be able to play Spore, as you do meet the minimum requirements, but I am not completely sure if you can play the whole game.

When your video card says "Up to 446MB with Shared Memory" it is using about 300MB of your RAM, which doesn't help when playing games. The most important part of the GPU is the dedicated memory, where yours is at 128MB, not 446MB.
