Question:

Will my legs stop burning and itching after running?

Ever since I was in P.E. in high school running laps, my legs start to burn, turn red and itch really really badly. Now I'm 24 and it still happens if I go hiking or run a little. It's frustrating because I want to get some exercise.

Has anyone had experience with this? What can I do about it? Will it go away if I run often or should I do some other form of exercise?

  1. I have the same thing. I agree with the guy who said its to burn off excess fat, but also because you arent hydrated enough. More water...less salt. Good Luck!!

  2. you've most likely heard this but try seeing a doctor

  3. When this happens, this means that you are burning the excess fat off. This happens to most people. After a while, it will eventually stop because you will be more in shape.

Good luck and hope this helps!!!
