so I got done with work at like 11:30pm and went to the beach to hang out with a few friends for a half an hour. I left a few minutes before 12 (12 is cerfue and it takes like 15 minutes to gethome) got pulled over by a cop for speeding. He also told me my plates were expired. Luckily I only got a warning... But I don't know if my parents will be notified. Will the police guy send something home about it because of the expired plates?? I really need to know soon cuz I don't know if I should tell my parents I got pulled over cuz my life will turn into a living h**l. But if I don't tell them and they just find out it will be even worse. Will they be contacted in some way???

  1. If they were going to contact your parents, they would've asked to call them if you're a minor when you got pulled over by them.  Since they did not, I doubt it.

  2. no

  3. I think when they give you a warning its just so that if they pull you over again its in their records, they can look you up next time and see they gave you a warning so you'll probably get a ticket next time.  I dont think they send anything though.  I wouldn't tell them.

  4. doubt it if not RUN

  5. No.. as per my knowledge when they give the warning they wont send any notification.. so.. don worry.. try to avoid speed henceforth... according to me.. just specify & explain to your parents about your name plate to be changed as one of your mates got caught with police men... coz of the plate.. and similarly yours tooo is the same.. so you need to change the plate ...

Why i suggest this is you ll get the satisfaction that you have told your parents about your problem faced... & at the same time your parents will be happy that their son shared some of the matters with them....

So... just do... & feel the inner happiness. .... all the best...

  6. If the cop took your name and address, etc. then it is quite possible that your parents will be notified, but it is not a certainty.  You were lucky to merely get a warning so it is really highly unlikely that you will be reported to anyone, including your parents. Slow down. It is safer and it will save lots of gas.
