  2. it might. -depending on how much you do.

    running is good. run a mile or 2 everyday or every other day depending on how much you're up to. it may make them shorter.

  3. Exercise will not make your period lighter but it will ease the stress and make you feel better.

  4. I had a really heavy period and started doing light exercises mainly around the legs and stomach. . . it helped so much.  I used Ivillage.com for my workout.  I hope this helps!

  5. It is supposed to help with cramps but I think that is because it helps the blood come out and not clot which makes the cramps worse.

  6. Yes it most likely will lighten.
